John Holbein

Associate Professor of Public Policy, Politics, and Education

Dr. Holbein studies political participation, political inequality, democratic accountability, political representation, and education policy. His work has been published in the American Political Science Review [5x], the American Journal of Political Science, the Journal of Politics [2x], Science Advances [2x], and Nature Human Behavior (to name a few). His research has been supported by the National Science Foundation. His book--Making Young Voters: Converting Civic Attitudes into Civic Action--was recently published by Cambridge University Press.
